(abbreviated as Weichai Motor, formerly named Chongqing Jialing Chuanjiang Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ) is the subsidiary company wholly owned by Weichai Power Co., Ltd. Weichai Motor was found in 1956 with the name of Chongqing Yuzhou Automobile Manufacturing Company, which was incorporated into Jialing Group in 1995. In 2005, Chongqing Jialing Special Equipment Co., Ltd. And Chongqing Chuanjiang Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Jointly established Chongqing Jialing Chuanjiang Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which was held by Weichai Power in 2009 and wholly owned by Weichai Power in March 2012.
Weichai (Chongqing) Automotive Co., Ltd was established in 2009 and specialized in developing, manufacturing and selling samll and medium-large sized luxury Van, SUV, Pickup, MPV. Trucks and special purpose vehicles in the future.
The construction area is up to 360, 000 M2, we have two manufacture plants and approximately 5000 employees with an annual output capacity of more than 300, 000 units of various vehicles.
